What do I want to change in my life?
These tasks are relatively simple, but still, I've been stuck on them for quite some time and haven't made much progress toward where I want to go. So, I decided to create this blog to use it as a journal to keep track
I was able to spend the December festive days with my boyfriend. We've been together for ten years, but we live quite far apart, so we don’t get to see each other as often as we'd like, although luckily, we're in a phase right now where we see each other quite often. When we first started dating, we were kids, and it was very complicated. Here’s a little photo from a tea we went to, from which I took this cute picture. It's a cheesecake with berries (which we shared between the two of us), and the pretty drink is mine, a capustacchio (I love pistachio), and cheesecake is one of my greatest weaknesses, so I really enjoyed this tea time.
I had wanted to go to this place for a long time, and I actually have a bunch of cute spots saved in my city. This one specifically had caught my attention before because once I walked past the place and saw how beautiful it was. It has a wall full of roses, and I thought it was absolutely adorable, so I remembered the name of the place. Once I got home, I started checking out what they serve, and I was really eager to go.
On the other hand, he also gave me my Christmas gifts, so these are early presents (although I'll make a post at the end of December showing all my gifts). They are the two volumes of love anthologies by Io Sakisaka (I'll show them in the next post) and this beautiful figure of Inda Karane, a character I adore very, very much.We also walked a lot around my city (and even went to a neighboring city to see their Christmas lights), walking a ton for several days straight, and I ended up absolutely exhausted, but I had a great time, so it was totally worth it.
I also got really lucky when it came to shopping, because I had been wanting to get the strawberry body lotion from Kwailnara for months. It's well-known among those of us in the Wonyoungism community and the Korean skincare world, but I could only find it online, and I wasn’t completely convinced to buy it that way. However, a few days ago, I saw it was starting to show up in some stores in Spain. Since we had been walking around the city center quite a bit, I went into a store that I knew had a good chance of carrying it.
I wasn’t lucky on my first attempt. Well, I had some luck, but not entirely. There were several different scents of the cream I was looking for, but not the one I specifically wanted. But at least I knew that they had arrived at the store, which meant the possibility of finding it was there. I went to another store from the same chain nearby, and this time I had luck—the cream I wanted was waiting for me. I'm so happy with it! It smells super sweet, and the packaging is adorable (the reason I wanted it in the first place, with the sweet scent being a bonus). Since I was there, I also grabbed a peach-scented face soap from the same brand.I think it’s a great option to use as a body lotion after showering every day, so I might try to get the other scents, especially the coconut milk one because I love that scent in cosmetics.
In summary, that’s all the most important things I can share from the first half of the month, but let's get back to what matters: the blog and the future vision. Occasionally, I’ll also post some motivational entries, helpful tips, or anything else that could give me some inspiration, and I believe this content could interest my readers. You probably found this blog through TikTok or Instagram, but I invite you to visit it from time to time—whether it’s to catch up on a bit of my life or if you're just looking for motivation or inspiration from the Wonyoungism community.
